Rosehill have been appointed as the FF & E sub-contractor at the Opal 1 Exeter student accommodation development. The timber framed  new-build scheme is the first student accommodation project for Ocon in Exeter. Thanks to our consistently excellent service, it is yet another Ocon project in our portfolio.
 
This stylish purpose built 4 block student accommodation comprising of 219 en-suite rooms is due to be completed in August 2010 ready for the start of the new academic year. It is only 5 minutes walk from the main Streatham campus and 20 minutes walk from the city centre making it an ideal home for new students.
 
Rosehill's turn-key package will involve a full fit-out of bedrooms, studios and kitchens including white and brown goods. Start on site is expected early June 2010.
