Tremough Campus

Rosehill have completed the third phase of Tremough Campus development for Midas Construction in Penryn, Cornwall. The Tremough Campus is shared by University College Falmouth and the University of Exeter forming a part of the Combined Universities of Cornwall. Over the past 4 years the site has been developed at an increasing rate offering more and more facilities to students.
The FF & E fit-out commenced in the last week of March and involved several installation breaks in line with the requirements of the main contractor. Our package included fitting out 500 bedrooms and kitchens as well a staff flat and an administration office. The most interesting design solutions employed at Tremough were tall cuboards and wardrobes set within alcoves with matching frames, as well as bespoke headboards allowing for services running behind them.
The main contractor was very satisfied with the exceptionally high standard of defect-free installation The working relationship between Rosehill and Midas remained very good throughout the programme and both parties look forward to working together in the near future.
